Your Frugal Fridge!

Now that it's summer, most of us start thinking about keeping our electric bill in bounds!

5. Thou shalt have separate chopping boards for cutting meat and cutting other substances. The chopping board used for chopping meat should be sterilized with boiling water. For this reason, thou art advised to use a wooden chopping board for meat, as this shall not melt or have the surface damaged by hot water.Much like planting a precious Orchid, when you plant your motivation in hopes for it to grow, you are creating the right environment. Just planting an orchid and hoping that you can grow it in any soil just wont do.2. Give tasks where the students know how to control the outcome (show up to class everyday vs. get good grades)6. Thou shalt not use the tea towels to dry thine hands, nor shalt thou use the hand towel for drying the dishes.8. Thou shalt cover frying food with a lid while cooking, else thou wilt cover all the top of the stove and thy splashguard with grease, which is difficult to clean. However, cleaning grease off the stove top can be accomplished with baking soda and a damp cloth, or with an Enjo cloth designed for the purpose.Be sure to vacuum the condenser coils on your refrigerator at least once a year. You may have to pull your appliance out from the wall to do this, but when the coils are dusty, it keeps the fridge from cooling efficiently. One study incentivized the students on a bi-weekly basis up to $100 on three areas, attendance, participation and test scores. These students did very well. These students showed a drastic improvement. Kids who got paid all year long under a very elaborate scheme out-performed all of their counterparts; a whopping average of 3 months more of schooling in less time!

One last thing to remember, when there's lightning around, it might be safer to just unplug your fridge and freezer. Food in the freezer will stay frozen for up to 48 hours if the door is kept closed. Food in the refreigerator will keep up to 24 hours.
